* Engaged with our pupil, parent, and staff communities to understand their needs and experiences, and
incorporated their feedback into our decision-making processes.
* Provided comprehensive equality and diversity training for all our staff, empowering them to recognise and
challenge discrimination in all its forms.
* Established clear reporting mechanisms and grievance procedures to ensure that any concerns or
incidents of discrimination are addressed swiftly and effectively.
* Regularly monitor and evaluate our progress in promoting equality, making adjustments to our approach
as needed to drive continuous improvement.
