At Tealby School, everything we do is rooted in a deep belief that children should leave us not just academically prepared, but ready for life. We want them to grow into confident, curious, and creative young people who know how to lead, collaborate, and care. Our strategic plan is about ensuring we give them the very best chance to thrive - not only today, but in a world that’s constantly changing. This is why we are:

• Partnering with others - to open up opportunities beyond the classroom, exposing children to fresh ideas, experiences and people who inspire them.
• Investing in our estate - so that our school remains a beautiful, safe and dynamic place where children and staff feel proud and excited to come every day.
• Providing an ambitious curriculum – that stretches every child, builds thinking skills and embraces the digital future.

We are proud to present an overview of our Strategic Plan - a set of aims that will allow us to focus energy on the things that will make the biggest difference for our children. Our plan recognises and builds on the many existing strengths of the school, and in creating it, we have taken into account the views of our families, staff and wider community.

Our strategy for the next three years is both ambitious and exciting, allowing us to seize new opportunities as they arise. We recognise that our small school is a special place and our aim is to ensure that we continue to provide a high-quality education for all our learners, whilst retaining our warm family feel and community ethos.
